Those who serve our Nation and communities deserve stability, dignity, and protection—especially during times of financial hardship. Veterans, First Responders, and their families have carried extraordinary responsibility in service to others.
The 60/40 Rescue Veteran & First Responder Mortgage Initiative exists to honor that service by proposing a responsible, ethical, and transparent housing protection framework focused exclusively on primary residences.
This Initiative is a proposed state-level housing protection model, designed exclusively for Veterans, First Responders, and their households. Its sole purpose is to help protect primary homes during periods of economic stress while preserving long-term housing stability.
At this time, the Initiative has not been adopted and remains under state evaluation and consideration. Nothing presented on this website constitutes an application, approval, financial product, or legal obligation of any kind.
